We are looking for a highly ambitious, goal-oriented Sales Director to head up the sales division at a luxury jewelry brand.

A great opportunity for a seasoned fashion sales professional to take the lead in elevating our brand during its next level of growth.

The Sales Director will define global brand sales strategy and sales plan and manage the sale of all collections across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Select, develop, and coach a professional sales team to meet or exceed goals for profitable revenue growth
  • Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts
  • Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities
  • Identify, open, and manage retail accounts domestically
  • Create and achieve targeted sales goals
  • Communicate with buyers regularly to promote strong sell through, staff knowledge, introduce new lines, get sales feedback, etc.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts
  • Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness
  • Apply research insights and to provide compelling advertising solutions based on the company’s business strengths
  • Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business within the assigned account base

Requirements

  • 5-10 years within the wholesale environment
  • Experience working in the Jewelry and Accessories market
  • Staff consulting and relationship building skills
  • Proven contacts and existing relationships with major department stores and chain stores
  • Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy
  • Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers
