You might consider this a half-turn of the creative director merry-go-round: According to a report from WWD, Stefano Pilati is vacating his position as the head designer of the Zegna-owned Italian womenswear label Agnona, but will remain on at Ermenegildo Zegna.

A rep for the brand didn't immediately respond to our request for comment, but WWD reports that Agnona, which got a big publicity boost when the former YSL designer joined its team in 2013, will continue to be a point of investment for Zegna Group and will likely have a new head designer for fall 2016.

More intriguingly, WWD suggests that Pilati is going to be "pursuing other personal projects" in womenswear in addition to his duties at Zegna, where he presented his first men's collection in 2013. That's certainly something we'll be keeping on our radar.
