Soludos, a fast growing footwear brand is all about celebrating the spirit of summer! We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team.
- Review and process seasonal and immediate orders (majors and specialty stores) via email or EDI
- Support sales team by tracking open orders and ensuring on time processing and fulfillment of these orders
- Generate weekly reports detailing shipments, open orders, past cancel orders
- Issue RAs as requested
- Manage drop ship inventory to maintain fulfillment rate and track weekly sell-through
- Works closely with the A/R to resolve disputed credit items
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- College degree
- 3-5 years of experience in similar corporate customer service role
- Positive attitude and team player
- Detail oriented and comfortable taking the initiative to solve problems
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a big plus
