Williamson PR, a luxury Fashion and Lifestyle PR, Marketing and Distribution Agency is looking to hire a personal assistant / office manager to work directly with the founder.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the liaison between the founder, team members and clients
  • Manage the schedule and organize meetings
  • Hire, train and oversee interns
  • Handle a wide variety of personal support tasks
  • Arrange and organize company's travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Screen incoming calls and emails
  • Maintain and organize showroom
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory
  • Schedule messenger pick ups / deliveries and organize domestic and oversea shipments

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Works will under pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Team-player and ability to think creatively
  • Knowledge of the Fashion industry a plus
