According to my doctor, I don't have rosacea. But I'd like to dispute her 12 years of expertise because dammit my skin is a pinkish red all the time. It's the reasons I love the chalky quality of sunscreen, and why I even bother to put foundation or BB cream on my face. It makes me look like I have one skin tone as opposed to various shades of pink on my face.

So, during a recent outing to Sephora, I couldn't help myself from grabbing a tube of Make Up For Ever's Step 1 Skin Equalizer Redness Correcting Primer, even though it's a bit pricey at $36. Of course, I was a bit skeptical (as I am with all beauty products), but to my surprise, this primer actually worked. In fact, it was such an easy solution to an annoying problem, I'm kind of embarrassed that I didn't figure it out sooner.
