Robert Graham Designs LLC is looking for a Human Resources/Accounting Intern to assist Department with recruiting, payroll and benefits processes.  

Job Includes but is not limited to: 

  • Receiving and screening resumes;  
  • Job postings; 
  • Documenting new hire paperwork;  
  • Assisting with benefits administration;  
  • Assisting with biweekly payroll processing;
  • Filing new hire documents; 
  • Preparing HR and payroll reports;  
  • Auditing I-9 compliance;  
  • Assisting with open enrollment processes  
  • Communicating Employee Assistance Program initiatives
  • All other adhoc projects as required  

Note: This is a part time paid internship. We are looking for candidates for graduation or graduated students. We will also consider candidates pursuing third year college.
