Job Description 

  • Developing and executing Communications Strategies for Fashion brand partners (men’s and women’s), including seasonal product launches, creative ideation, identifying new coverage opportunities and story angles throughout the year 
  • Creating and generating editorial and feature opportunities 
  • Develop and leverage relationships with journalists, bloggers, and cultural influencers  
  • Work with clients to uncover strategic business needs and identify areas of opportunity. Contribute to the success of subsequent programs utilizing expert knowledge to develop and execute plans 
  • Competency to lead accounts, offering both high levels of strategic insight as well as day to day PR process 
  • Act as primary client contact and provide day to day management of the client account, inclusive of both retainer and project scopes of work 
  • Daily contact with clients and managing client expectations 
  • Managing account team 
  • Idea generation and special project management 
  • Management of client ROI reporting and brand assets, overseeing account team 
  • Working in collaboration with the Entertainment, Experiences, and Digital departments, thus generating and supporting the 360 degree SWG ethos 
  • Pitching and support with acquiring new business as part of SWG brand team 
  • Identifying and embracing intelligent opportunities for the client and the Company alike 
  • Liaising with SWG’s global offices to work across shared accounts and business development 

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in Fashion, both menswear and womenswear
  • You should be a client focused and inspirational leader, with influential presence, coupled with the proven ability to cultivate current relationships (both internally and externally) and grow client trust and retention in the services SWG provides  
  • Experience in Fashion Week and events are beneficial 
  • 3+ years experience within an Agency environment 
  • A second language is beneficial 
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
