While New Yorkers celebrated Balmain's club-ready collection for H&M on Tuesday, Camilla Belle and a number of other Hollywood starlets attended the annual CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund event at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, cohosted by Vogue, Amazon Fashion and Vogue groupies Kanye and Kim Kardashian West. The day began with a runway show featuring the 10 designers up for a Fashion Fund award (the winner will be announced on Nov. 2), followed by a proper afternoon tea party.

Whether everyone dined on Earl Grey and tiny sandwiches hasn't been confirmed, but what's clear is that the guests, such as Reese Witherspoon, Solange Knowles, Chrissy Teigen, Jamie King, Lily Collins and Kiernan Shipka, showed up to the outdoor soirée in their teatime best. The most festive of them all had to be Belle, who wore a full runway look from Monique Lhuillier's primary color-filled spring 2016 runway show. The actress's sleeveless crop top is made from guipure lace and the trumpet skirt (a very tea party-appropriate silhouette) is also lace with a scalloped high waist and trim. (If you look closely, the skirt's florals are scribbled and abstract.) To keep her look from going overboard, Belle accessorized with minimal jewelry and nude sandals by Tamara Mellon.
