Our Sale Specialists have an excellent level of brand awareness, product knowledge within luxury fashion and passion for keeping up with the latest trends. They are brand ambassadors and responsible for delivering an exceptional experience and build customer loyalty by understanding our customer’s unique style needs. Responsibilities: 

Selling & Client Service 

  • Greet and acknowledge all customers 
  • Provide courteous and knowledge able customer service in every area of the store 
  • Meet or exceed 3% selling goal average for each fiscal month. 
  • Maintain an accurate, efficient and effective client book. 

Visual Merchandising

  • Assist with the execution of floor sets. 
  • Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis according to the Visual Standards Manual 
  • Ensure representation of all merchandise (styles & sizes) are on the floor 
  • Fold, straighten, fill-in and ensure correct placement of merchandise throughout the day. 

Operations 

  • Participate in keeping the selling floor to operational and visual standards – both during the day and at the end of the day. 
  • Notify management of maintenance issues. 
  • Adhere to loss prevention guidelines and deter shoplifting by providing excellent customer service. 
  • Follow all procedures in the POS system for ringing up sales. 
  • Remove unwanted merchandise from fitting rooms. 
  • Fold, straighten, fill-in and ensure correct placement of merchandise throughout the day. 

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience as a sales assistant or in commission based selling environment 
  • Experience providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to easily engage and build relationships with others 
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for selling products and achieving established goals 
  • Able to drive personal business while working as a team 
  • Record of increasing sales and consistently ranking as a top performer
