It looks like actor, musician and hair god Jared Leto has caught the attention of designer-of-the-moment Alessandro Michele. He's just been named the new face of Gucci's Guilty fragrance, replacing actors Chris Evans and Evan Rachel Wood. (The brand has yet to announce whether there will also be a female face of the fragrance, which has both a men's and women's version.)
He also joins the ranks of James Franco, who's starred in various Gucci ads since 2009; and having modeled for multiple Hugo Boss scents already, Leto comes equipped with some experience in making a fragrance look good.
Something else he brings to the table: excellent Snapchat skills. Leto announced his latest project on the increasingly quirky luxury brand's account (@gucci) on Friday, and for the next three days, he will take Gucci's followers behind the scenes of the campaign shoot in Venice, Italy, for which Michele will provide creative direction. Since Leto already has his own account (@jaredleto), he's obviously a Snapchat wiz, as you can see below from the photo-and-doodle creations he's posted so far.
Now that Jared Leto is part of the Gucci fam, how about bringing in Harry Styles?
