There are some weeks when very few red carpet looks really get our attention, and others when we just can't get enough. This week fell into the latter category, thanks to the likes of Zendaya, Diane Kruger and Eddie Redmayne, who pulled off some seriously difficult shapes and patterns with aplomb.

On Thursday evening, Zendaya stopped by The Clara Foundation's 2nd Annual Diamond Ball, where Rihanna, clad in a polarizing Dior Couture look (the majority of the Fashionista team hates it), was host. Generally, we'd say it's pretty hard — even impossible — to steal the spotlight from Rihanna, but Zendaya (with help from her stylist Law Roach) may have done it in a modern Rosie Assoulin two-piece ensemble that had all the drama of a ball gown.

She wasn't the only one who wore something with the power to overshadow RiRi. Earlier in the week, Diane Kruger (aka she-who-can-do-no-wrong) stepped out at the Lincoln Center Corporate Fund Gala honoring Valentino designers Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli in a not-so-subtle feathered, caped gown from the design duo's fall 2015 collection. Feather also featured heavily in a Rodarte dress worn this week by Selena Gomez.

Take a look at the rest of this week's best dressed below, and tell us: do you hate Rihanna's Dior couture look too?
