High-energy, Miami Beach-based high-end bikini brands retailer Bikini Luxe is looking for a customer service representative to join its fabulous team.

We are a designer bikini brands, active wear accessories and men’s swimwear online retailer. Our labels include Frankies Bikini's, Montce Swim, Beach Bunny, Sauvage, Luli Fama and many other exciting swimwear brands. We also have amazing designer active wear, beach and resort wear from luxury brands like Michi, Parides, and Baccio Couture to name a few. We also sell Equilibrium designer Brazilian active wear, cover ups and jewelry.

We are looking for a customer service representative. Our ideal candidate is calm and collected (as the learning curve for this job is steep), is able to multi-task, handle emails, has a strong grasp of the English language, and is quick and proficient with computers. He or she will have an interest in social media channels, has a great attention for detail, and has a fun and friendly and helpful attitude. Our candidate will ideally have at least some experience in the retail industry, but this is not absolutely necessary as long as you consider yourself a quick study.

We are a small start-up. Our founder Candice Galek, is the ultimate bikini geek who grew up on the sunny beaches of South Florida. Her philosophy is that beachwear should be glamorous, comfortable and make you feel attractive and pampered, not just something you buy off a random department store rack and wear about without much thought or joy. It’s more than that. It’s a lifestyle. A way of being.
