We would be remiss if we did not outright admit right here, right now that one of our favorite parts of covering awards season are all the burly, beautiful men in suits. It's not every weekend that we get to see the Internet's shared boyfriends — the Michael B. Jordans, the Ryan Goslings, the Eddie Redmaynes, the John Legends — hang out together in the dopest formalwear that fashion has to offer. And at the Oscars, as is the case with the female nominees, presenters and attendees, their style gets taken up a notch.

At Sunday night's 88th Academy Awards, we saw the film industry's usual suspects bring their black tie A-game, along with a smattering of newbies. While we can count on Redmayne to serve up a #lewk, dudes like Kevin Hart, wearing bedazzled Dolce & Gabbana, gave menswear a slight refresh. Though it should be said that no one — no one — could possibly top the buddy comedy duo of Jared Leto and Alessandro Michele, if only because they walked the red carpet together.
