10 Questions for Project Runway

katehudsonwestern.jpgUgh, yet again I’m feeling very disappointed with my old friend Project Runway. But here we go.

1. I said I wasn’t going to ask again and I won’t. You know what I’m talking about. And we are officially in a major fight, Lifetime.

2. Did anyone else have flashbacks to that disastrous Stella dress that Kate Hudson wore to the Oscars (for her Almost Famous nom) when they said there was a Western category?

3. Um, and I guess Western-haters didn’t know it was about to come around this season in Milan, did you? Thanks D&G.

4. How much does Christopher love Edward Cullen and all things Twilight? So much.

5. Also, don’t you want sit with Christopher “I don’t want to do a gingham dress” and show him Christopher Kane’s S/S 10 collection? I do.

millajovovichwedding.jpgGoing to the Chapel: Congratulations to Milla Jovovich and new husband Paul W.S Anderson. She wore Temperley London for the ceremony and a mini dress she designed for the reception. And of course, she looked gorgeous. {Blasblog}

Were You Wondering: Brad Goreski, Rachel Zoe’s second assistant and the only boy of the threesome talks about the second season of The Project. {Valet}

A Stylist’s Stylist: ‘‘Accessorize when you can’t fit the clothes,” says crazy talented Arianne Phillips. You know, the woman Madonna and pretty much every major film studio goes to for their costuming needs. {T}

Quartered Covers: Not that we don’t love all of V’s covers, or that we’re not feeling LOVE’s double covers, but the four covers of September’s Another Magazine are exquisite. And if all those girls show up to their Fashion Week party, well Marc & Gaga might have some competition. {DailyFeed}

Tom Ford: Everything But Design

arianne phillips and madonna.jpgOur Tom Ford wardrobe dreams have been slashed much too soon.

Arianne Phillips, best known as Madonna’s personal stylist, will be dressing the cast for A Single Man. Her past film credits include Walk the Line and Swept Away. Her past Madonna credits include the icon’s last four tours, loads of Givenchy and an influx of Gucci leather jackets.

While we might not always love Madonna’s sartorial choices, we did love June Carter Cash’s and can’t wait to see what Phillips does with another 1960’s cast.

Meanwhile, Ford’s said to be collaborating with a couple of Mad Men’s production designers on the sets.

So if Tom can convince Don Draper to make a cameo, this should be the best looking film of the year.
