We all know there’s been a ton of rumors lately that Richie Rich and Traver Rains are walking on separate yellow brick roads these days, but some recent developments might prove otherwise -

First, the glitter boys shot a prom-themed spread for ELLEgirl with Lydia Hearst right after the rumors of their demise swirled Gossip Girl-style all over the internet.

Now, we’ve learned that they’re flying out to LA with Paper Magazine today as special guests at Playboy’s Playmate of the Year Luncheon since they custom designed the winning bunny’s dress - and we were told this by a concerned Heatherette fan that wanted to help “squash the rumors.”

So now the real question is - are these one-time events for the sake of the good old days?

Or can we all expect a blowout show in September?

“I went through so many phases in high school that I can’t say exactly what my style was. A combination of just rolling out of bed and going to class and kind of defying my femininity by wearing sweatshirts with holes in them, never wearing heels or skirts. Also, all black almost all the time.” - You will seriously never guess who, on ELLEgirl.

A little something to aid your Gossip Girl anxiety -

ELLEgirl’s Holly Siegel scored an interview with little Jenny Humphrey, in which you find out things like:

“Gossip Girl is so scripted.”

“I was 3 in my first role -I booked a Shake’N’Bake commercial. It was funny, I was wearing a little yellow shirt and I ad-libbed “you shake it all up ‘til it’s crunchy and ready to eat!””

“We were filming one day and we were walking to set from our trailers and a swarm of people had ditched school to watch us film. The headmaster came up and was yelling at them. It was ridiculous, they were mobbing us! It was insane - people were jumping and crying. They had to get traffic control. I was like, ‘I’m just a person. I go to school with probably people you know!’”

So adorable.

But, please, never again say that Gossip Girl is scripted. That almost ruined our entire Friday.

ELLEgirl has relaunched their site as of this morning - it’s peppier, pinker and generally prettier, definitely worth a few clicks throughout the day.
