His studs are silver, which is spot on, but he got lazy in the back and replaced Marant’s black suede cone heel with a chunk of square brown synthetic wood - they’re still almost $200.

Save your pennies for when Marant opens that Soho store early next year.

One of my favorite shirts is a long sleeved navy and gray striped shirt by Vince. I wear it often and it’s super comfortable. But I don’t like how it can so easily look plain. That’s the problem with stripes: they can be chic, they can be fun, or they can be boring.

I usually make my Vince shirt pop by pairing it with an outré bottom. I once wore it with a pair of navy and white pinstriped shorts. Lately, I’ve become very interested in seeing pieces that within themselves use stripes in a new way, like this amazing jacket featured on Jak & Jil the other day.
