A Softer, Smoother Madge: More shots from Madonna’s LV campaign have hit the interwebs. And they’re just as crazily retouched as the first one we saw. {Catwalk Queen}

Ads, Ads, and More Ads: Campaign shots abound over at Modelinia and it’s making us feel the need for a trip to the country. {Modelinia}

Tommy Wants To Rule the World: We love the fashion paparazzi shots on Jak & Jil. We also love Tommy Ton’s taste in music. {DazedDigital}

Spring Shoes & Good Deeds

belle by sigerson morrison can drive.jpgWe’re always a fan of doing good while shopping - a trend that peaks during the holidays and then goes into hiding the rest of the year.

So we were thrilled to see these signs in the Belle by Sigerson Morrison windows on our street.

They’re holding a spring canned food drive and giving you major shoe discounts.

You bring in ten cans, you get 10% off, fifteen cans for 15% off, twenty cans for 20%off - it stops there. You can’t bring in one hundred cans for 100% off but it’s still about the easiest way to catch a break on these perfect sandals while doing a very good deed.

First Look: Jonathan Saunders for Target

jonathan saunders for target.jpgWe’ve been waiting not so patiently for this one - Nylon has a first look at Jonathan Saunders’ collection for Target.

There are, of course, lots of colors - from Mondrian like blocking to classic ombre - poured over skirts, coats, jeans and belts. The jackets, however, one Victorian, cropped, black with brown leather trim and one that looks like rainbow tinsel, stand out as two of the strongest pieces we’ve seen from Target’s Go International collaborations.

Lucky for us, Target’s opening a pop up shop in midtown next week to sell this collection as well as their Sigerson Morrison and Anya Hindmarch accessories a full month before they hit stores all over the country.

Which means we can have those jackets before Paris - which makes us very happy.

Target to Target Us

richard chai for target look love green shorts.jpgYou know how Fashion Week makes you insane with wanting to shop, but all your money’s going to cabs and coffee, so actually buying clothes is kind of impossible?

Well, Target heard us. And they’ve responded.

On September 11, Target’s opening up four pop-up shops in Manhattan, in Soho, Union Square, the East Village - and Midtown, hopefully within a block of the Tents.

The shops will include Jonathan Saunders’ line just after it comes out, Richard Chai’s, Anya Hindmarch’s bags and Sigerson’s shoes.

And if we can score a cute top for under $20, you’ll probably see us with smiles at some of those 10am appointments.

Sneak Peek: Lydia on Gossip Girl

lydia on gossip girl.jpgFor those of you left wishing you could live on set of Gossip Girl, here’s a little snack to tide you over at the beginning of your week-long withdrawal -

The LA Times got their hands on a picture of the first of Lydia’s outfits for her run on the show.

Personally, we think it could have been a little better.

The Sigerson gladiators are cute but just ok, the shape of that bag is starting to get annoying, and the dress, well, you fill in the blank.

Chuck, on the other hand, looks perfect in plaid, though we’re still hoping for a shark sweater encore.
