Hello fellow Fashionista fans,
I am planning on studying abroad in London next semester and I would really love to find a fashion internship while I am there. I have my visa sorted out and everything, but now, I have to find an internship!
Does anyone know where I can go to find postings for internships in London?
Thanks in advance :)

I have graduated from college and the fashion job market is pretty stark. I do not mind paying my dues through an internship, but all of the ones that I have found require that you receive some kind of credit from an accredited institution.
Does anyone know how to go about getting credit as a grad? I live in NYC and the possible routes I've tried at the community colleges cost up to $1000, which I can't really afford to be paying to work. Any advice or direction would really help. I'd just like some kind of experience.
Thanks so much!!

So I just graduated from a top-tier liberal arts college with a degree in English and French, but I really want to pursue a career in fashion.
Even while I was in college, I was daydreaming about going to FIT and getting a degree in fashion advertising/communications. I interned with a Paris fashion public relations firm and it was an amazing experience; I want to continue fashion PR as a career.
I'm not really sure what my next step should be. Should I go to FIT and get another BA in the field I want? Should I get an MBA? I can't really afford to take an unpaid internship in NYC right now.
Thanks in advance for the advice!

Hey friends,
I read this blog religiously, and I was hoping you guys could help me out with where to start with internships.
I would love, love, love to intern this summer to get experience and just learn and soak up everything I possibly can in the fashion industry.
Any information would help!
Thank you so much!

I'm a 1st year in law school and am currently looking for some sort of law-related job in fashion.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get one?
ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!! :-)

So I was just offered an amazing opportunity to intern at a Hearst Publication for the spring.
I'm so excited, but terrified about what to wear! I feel I'm too young to wear business suits and would just look silly in anything too 'done up' because I'm just a student intern.
What should I wear? Are flats unacceptable? Think J.crew, Gap, etc. budget. Any advice or help is welcomed and would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks so much in advance!

Hi Fashionistas,
I'm a sophomore in college, majoring in journalism with a minor in apparel.
I have to stay in Chicago for the summer but I'm dying to intern with a fashion magazine - at least in the fashion department of a magazine - or a Public Relations company that specializes in fashion.
Does anyone knew what firms or magazines I can apply to?
Thanks!

Okay, okay -
So I totally realize fashion is a pretty NYC-centric industry.
But what if you're a student in Chicago?
Does anyone know of any fashion-related internships in Chicago?
Thank You!
