Hello fashionistas!
I know you've dished suggestions for the best of Paris shopping, but this summer I'm headed pretty much everywhere in France but the capital.
I'll be spending most of my time in the Loire Valley, Provence and Cote D'Azur - which will be amazing - but I definitely want to get some shopping done while I'm there. Anyone have any favorite shops I should check out?
Or any ideas on how to find the best places once I'm there? I'm open to everything from designer to vintage but don't want to totally break the bank.
Thanks!

I am going to be visiting Rome this coming April and wanted tips on any good vintage stores I should check out while I am there.
I would also like to know about any reasonable place that makes custom made shoes, too.
Thanks, everyone!

I'm on a hunt for cute (but not cutesy) mini dresses for spring and summer, and the only place that seems to have what I'm looking for at a halfway decent price is Topshop.
But the way the dresses are displayed on the website just makes them look cheap and ill-fitting. I won't be able to make it to the new Topshop store in New York until fall, so I want to know if any of you think $80 is worth it for a little cotton dress?
Is the quality worth it, or am I better off at Forever 21?
Thanks!

I'm writing an article for my journalism class and I was wondering: With the recession, have any of you changed your shopping habits?
If so, how?
Thanks so much!

I'm finally going to Australia in May - I've been dying to go forever.
I'll be with a tour group and spending most of my time on hopefully crazy outdoor adventures, but I'm determined to squeeze some shopping in while in Sydney. Does anyone know which shops I should try to swing by? I'm interested in both Australian labels and any amazing vintage shops you think I should check out.
I'll be with my boyfriend so if there are any awesome men's labels I'd be into that, too.
Thanks!

I'm graduating in June and looking for the perfect dress.
Something in the vein of Armani Prive would be perfect, but without the Armani Prive price tag.
I'm heading to Toronto next week and I'd like to get something there to double insure that no one else shows up in the same dress. If anyone knows of any great boutiques or local designers I should check out while there please let me know!
Otherwise, I'm open to looking around on-line.
Thanks!

I'm planning a trip to London. I'm going to be there for a whole week and I'm prepared to do some serious damage.
But now that Topshop's opening here, it lacks that special punch. Besides, I'm really more of a vintage girl.
Can you guys suggest some of the better vintage stores? I'll definitely head to Camden and Portobello Road but I'm realy interested in going to the higher end stores too.
Preferably ones that sell vintage designer merchandise that's still in really great shape.
Thank you!

Hi!
I have been looking for knee high Gladiator sandals....
Everywhere.
I want the ones that are like the Chanel pair that came out with last year.
But all I find are tacky looking imitations.
Please, no eBay!
Somewhere else!

I'm moving to London.
I've lived there before so know where to shop and all that -
but this time I'm moving with disposable income.
I know the scene in NY - where to find sample sales and all that good stuff.
I don't work in fashion (I just wear it!) so can someone give me the lay of the fashion land in London?

I bought that great Miu Miu skirt at the Barney's Warehouse Sale (the same one Faran got), but I have no idea what to do about its see-through-ness.
Any tips on what to do?
And what about lining skirts/dresses in general?
Any good spots in NYC? Please help!
Many thanks!!!
