My tall-as-a-supermodel best friend is getting married (!!) this summer, and needs a fabulously fancy pair of silver flats to go with her dress.

I'm having a small wedding in the early spring, followed by a large formal reception weekend.

The formal party (cocktail) reception will be held in late spring in a southern city and I was wondering what would be appropriate to wear on such a night.

I obviously do not think wearing my wedding dress would be appropriate - Should I wear white?

I want to wear something fabulous and special - any ideas/suggestions would be great to have!
