Have you tried Yoox.com they have them in heels, so they might have them in flats.

Miu Miu makes triple strap flats too.
Try before you buy though; I wanted the Miu Mius until I tried them on and realized they made my feet look -huge-.

this is definitely NOT the pair of chloe's, and perhaps not a good imitation either, but has the look of the shoes...i found a pair of dolce vita's in black that look exactly the same ($98), but can't find them in stock... sorry!! i tried :)
