I am absolutely in love with the green dress Leighton Meester wore to the 2008 Teen Choice Awards -

It was beautiful, green and drapey.

Does anyone know the designer?

It's LANVIN but even more shocking than the dress is that she wore such a high end brand to the TC which are usually more laidback. But still Alber is a genius.

What a gorgeous and classy dress.
