Needing a Fashion Thesaurus

fashion is in fashionista.jpgHi Fashionphiles,

I've been trying to think of catchy (not corny) ways to say 'fashion' without actually saying it.
I'm on my school's newspaper and I work at a teens-only newspaper in Atlanta, and when I write fashion-themed articles, I worry the words get repetitive.

Any helpful phrases?

Thanks!

that's a tricky one, if you need article titles, use 'fashuun' as a 'cool, new, hip' way to write it or flip through the fashion mags. (that is before most of them fold!) for some hints!
good luck!x

syle, design, couture, culture, trend, obsession...depends on the context I guess. Try googling the word fashion!

Fashion is...swag, creative expression, inspiring, contagious, dynamic...love, obsession for sure...

Any phrase that is creative and fun that best describes the fashion at hand seems fair.

I hope this helps.

Try saying it in different languages. Nothing to complicated, but like, in french it's "la mode" spanish its "la moda" things like that would break it up and make it interesting an most people should be able to figure it out if you do it right.
You could also go with things like "vogue" (the vogue, en vogue etc)

My friends all use 'trendwatch'.
As in... "that skirt is totally trendwatch" or "I need a new trendwatch skirt"
