very pretty summer dress.jpgHello there!

I'm kind of new here and you guys seem like you could help.

What on earth does one wear to a christening? And where do I find whatever that thing is?

It's a few weeks from now so it should be warm. I want to get something pretty simple so that I can keep wearing it throughout the summer and definitely a neutral color.

Any advice would be great - thanks!

If it's a formal event during the church service, I'd just wear normal "Sunday" clothes, like a pretty dress. Depending on how conservative the church and family are, you could probably get away with something like these at Nanette Lepore:

They're really versatile, feminine dresses that should be appropriate. If you're unsure, bring along a light blazer or pretty cardigan for extra coverage. Hope this helps!
