Lindsey Degen’s witty knits took a markedly “sick” turn for FW 2013…literally. The RISD wunderkind, who’s been making quite a stir for the last year with her cutout tops and cheeky pull-overs, drew inspiration from all-that-ails-us during the cold, winter months. That’s right: It was as though she channeled this year’s take-no-prinsoners flu in order to create the sort of garments you wear to curl up in bed with a wicked fever and the proverbial bowl of chicken noodle soup.
