Watch Kate Moss Read an Excerpt from Fifty Shades of Grey
What’s happening to Kate Moss? One day she’s (rumored to be!) posing for Playboy and the next she’s reading erotica on the radio.

Seeing Kate Moss naked is nothing new–she’s been photographed in the buff what seems like hundreds of times. (Hayley has said she’s seen Moss’s boobs so many times, she could pick them out of an anonymous lineup.) But this is a little different.
Reports are floating around the internet that Ms. Moss will cover Playboy‘s 60th anniversary issue, set to hit newsstands January 2014.
Hedi Slimane’s much-debated Saint Laurent Fall 2013 collection just received its first official stamp of approval from the fashion in-crowd–and no, we’re not talking about Courtney Love.
Last night in London Kate Moss and a few of her fashionable pals got together to fete her new book, the aptly and pragmatically titled Kate: The Kate Moss Book. After a book signing at Bookmarc, the crowd moved on to the afterparty at 50 St. James. Kate glowed from head to toe in a golden Marc Jacobs gown at the bash.

Most children’s first words are something like ‘Dada’ or ‘Mama’–but then, Lila Grace Moss, Kate Moss’s 10-year-old daughter, isn’t like most children.
According to a New York Times interview with Kate, the supermodel has been such tabloid fodder throughout her daughter’s young life that Lila’s first word had little to do with the playroom–it was ‘Nazzi,’ for paparazzi.
We don’t know whether to find that detail funny or sad–but regardless, it is just one of the many tidbits to recently emerge about Moss’s carefully guarded personal life in advance of the release of her new book Kate: The Kate Moss Book.
Kate Moss doesn’t open up very often. She’s notoriously press shy. But in her cover story for the December issue of Vanity Fair (shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott), she gives one of the most revealing interviews we’ve ever read.
She opens up about the iconic campaign that gave her a “nervous breakdown,” her reluctance to go nude–especially as a teen for photographer Corinne Day, her relationship with Johnny Depp, and so much more.
Rag & Bone is proving you actually CAN go back home, and is opening its first London store location. David Neville and Marcus Wainwright, both Londoners by birth, will open the doors on their new location in Chelsea this Thursday, WWD is reporting. In another first for the brand, R&B shot its first-ever print campaign, Read more →
Yesterday we reported that Kate Moss was going to continue the long tradition of supermodels appearing in music videos–and that she was going to star in none other than George Michael’s video for his new single “White Light.” And now the amazing internet gods (via The Cut) have given us a trailer. After breaking my heart upon hearing that a Wham! reunion was not actually going to happen, George Michael is back in my good graces this morning. The singer, who hasn’t released a song since 2004, is set to drop a new single on August 12. The best part? Kate Moss is starring in the video, Read more →
And the Oscar goes to… Kate Moss? Ok, so maybe that’s a stretch. But it sounds like the ever-enduring face of Ms. Moss could finally be coming to a big screen near you–that is, if Jennifer Saunders has any say in the matter.
Saunders, the creator and star of Absolutely Fabulous, enlisted Moss for an Ab Fab cameo back in March, and apparently was muy impressed. Vogue UK is reporting (via Closer magazine) that Saunders is in the process of writing up a screenplay based on the long-running BBC sitcom, and there’s a role in it for Miss Moss.
Only Moss hasn’t signed off on the project just yet.
Kate Moss has been the face of Mango for a few seasons now, and this means that she quite literally needs to be their spokesperson and you know, talk, once in a while. Historically, public speaking hasn’t been Kate’s forte, and a new interview she did for the brand is proving that it still isn’t.
