I would definitely wear some of this to class because it's perfect for the super casual-ness of hawaii. but alas, it is probably way too expensive.

I live in Hawaii too :-D
Some people wear makeup to the beach, but I don't. I'm there to enjoy myself and I'd rather not have raccoon eyes all day long. Just take good care of your skin so you won't need any :)

.. and wore them pretty much the same way. They served me well .. however, I think they lost something in their present ubiquity and have been cozied up in the back of my underwear drawer for some time.

I have a pair of black American Apparel opaque bike shorts that I wear pretty much all the time with tunics, long t-shirts, and short dresses. I wear them to exercise. I wear them in the morning when I don't want to think about what I'm going to wear.
Not what I would call trendy or whatever, but they're good to have around.

After having short nails for years, these seem really gross - I can only imagine how dirty they would get! Plus, I'd probably scratch my own eye out. And texting would be rendered impossible, come to think of it.

These are great, they remind me of pics of my mom from the late 70s at the pool in Manassas / sitting on the grass (Padre took lots of pics!) ... I covet every bikini she ever owned. Anyway, yay for healthy models!
