Whoa. I must say I am pleasantly surprised by how beautiful this turned out. I know all of you nay-sayers will nay-say but this cover wins at very least because it's 10X better then her W cover.

In general, the idea of branding for branding's sake (this is a classic example) is a bit crude. I, like other commenters, am a bit surprised that Chloe decided to go this route. I wonder if the dire economy may usher in a return to the blatant ostentatiousness that prevaled after our last economic meltdown in the early 90's? The logic behind that being, when pople have less money to spend on less luxury items, perhaps they may want the few items they do splurge on to pay for themselves with advertising. I.E. "Look at my big YSL Kahala with the metallic logo!!! SEE!! I AM recession-proof!"

Whoa. This is beautiful. I adore Katie and couldn't approve more of her casting choice in this campaign.
She looks a bit like Isabeli at quick first glance here, no? Or am I getting a bit carried away now? :)

Yay! Daria is by far one of my favorites.. It's excellent to see her working again after a much-deserved haitus. What is the likelihood that she'll walk a few shows this season?

I'm slightly confounded with the whole Lara obsession. I've always found hera to be incredibly one-dimensional which, to me, kind of opposes the concept of a supermodel. I thought a supermodel was a dynamic, unique, versatile creature whose beauty could be interpreted through the eyes of many artists in many different ways. I mean.. Ok, it makes sense that Alex W, Camilz and the W gang adore her and even moreso that Carinne is enamored but seriously, a whole issue? Of French Vogue? Come on now.

This is exactly why I eagerly (almost obsessively) anticipate each new issue of Tank. Kate is so beautiful, but so often gets boggled down by clothes that wear her instead of the other way around. This collaboration is just friggin brillz. Cher is definitely one to be watched!
