Maybe she didn't like the show at all and instead of voicing her dissatisfaction, she decided not to make any comment at all. Whats the saying, If You Don't Have Anything Nice to Say, Don't Say Anything At All?

Aww.. don't 'hate' P.S. I absolutely love them. If they ever created a mens line I'm positive that I would pinch every single penny I ever encountered so I could buy everything they ever made.

Ooo.. I'm looking foward to this spread. Doutzen has a beautiful healthy body and I'm sure it will look fantastic in some form-fitting pieces by Nike or Adidas and (hopefully) an airy number from Vera Wang.

The only label that I can think of that does 'shiny' things is Balenciaga, however, I seriously doubt that ANYONE would have the gall to laugh at anything Nicolas Ghesquière designs.

I don't have any interest in male models. Not because they aren't attractive, but because all of my friends are more attractive than I, and I know that if I introduced them, I'd be the one left behind.

@mckeb753 *whew* I was beginning to think I was the only male in this gaggle of ladies.
Not that I don't love the ladies.. but I only like them because of the clothes ;-)

Wow. You're right. As far as fashion advertisements go, these are pretty good. The clothing.. well.. that still remains to be seen.

No. Absolutely not. Logos. Prints. Icons. They all drive me insane and anytime I see anyone wearing one, they automatically lose like 3 points.

There's really no need to apologize for your model-mania. Being that most models get the s**t end of the stick, its nice to see people taking time for the little.. er.. tall/skinny people.

'They do the total look of Prada'... hmm.. I'm not sure I know of too many American fashion editors that are going to be so quick to jump into one of the Prada skirts for men. But then again, they were for fall.. I'll check back in a few months.

Very well-known male model? Aren't there only like 2 of them in existance? Tyson Beckford and uhh.. ok.. maybe just 1.
As far as the designer, I could see Marc Jacobs doing this.

Yeah.. you should never take style.com as absolute truth. From the Chloe S/S 07 show they have Natasha Poly listed as Lily Donaldson. I wrote an email explaining thus, but it still hasn't been changed.

Wait.. an ethnic model walked in Prada!?!?! I wont believe it til I see it.
And LauraMilli: I had the same thought! Usually I just look through Burberry to see who open/closed and such, but I must say I was pleasently surprised at how much I liked this season.

My favorite way to wear a blazer is with a tight fighting v-neck underneath, and then push the sleeves of the blazer up. It's kinda preppy-ish.. but I work for a bank, so go figure.
I'm not really a fan of double-breasted blazers though. They make me feel like I'm wearing a coat thats too big so I had to fold it over itself to make it my size.

OMG. I'm applying for a second AmEx right this very second to be used soley for this Balenciaga/Menswear enterprise. (if it's actually true). Now we just need to get the Proenza boys to start coming out with menswear and my wardrobe will be complete.

@ Guest @ 2:44.
IMO, you're exactly right. J.Crew's core principal is providing excellently crafted clothing. Sure, the actual style of the brand is about preppy/casual clothing, not trend-setting, but of the niche that the brand has developed, you have to admit that it's better than anything you can get at Banana Republic, GAP, etc. And also, since J.Crew isn't a 'Label', and therefore cannot inflate their prices based on name, you can be sure the amount you are paying is fair based on how it's made.
As far as a move towards luxe, so long as they apply the same dedication towards making their clothes expertly-crafted, I'd say that they'll do just fine. Anyone that goes into a J.Crew store and actually takes a look at the apparel, can plainly see that it's made exceptionally well. Sure, they may not feel that it's worth $400 right now, but give it time.
And in full disclosure, I worked in the design department of J.Crew for a few years. (but I didn't have anything to do with the move towards 'luxe', so don't shoot the messenger.)

The one on the right is for women. I believe that same model (Natasha Poly) wore those exact pants during the fashion show.
