As an L.A. native who has also lived in New York, I truly feel that so much of L.A. fashion is blown out of proportion, especially by the East Coast. Yes, we all know LA fashion week is a joke, but it is because no one wants to show there! BUT there is plenty of great style here. That is one of the reason's I started my blog http://fashionintelligentsia.wordpress.com/ - because we're always getting a bad rap.

AS for New York being the fashion capital, ok, I get it. BUT it sure has its own share of Juicy Couture wearers, blonde highlights and don't get me started on Willamsburg. Last Night's Party and Cobrasnake are interchangle (& I cannot believe I had to use those sites as an example, because they're lame.)

Audrey is terribly fabulous! I just watched Sabrina the other day and remembered why she is so lovely. I have the What Would Jackie Do book, and it is quite fun.

I once saw Michelle Trachtenberg at Barneys (LA) totally high! She was on her Dolce & Gabbana phone begging some guy to come down and buy her clothes. True. My vote, though I doubt it will happen is for Leighton.

P.S. What a diss to Michelle - she is too fabulous!
