The aldo ones are devastating, not because they are a copy, but because they are unattractive...but whatever..at least they don't have the studs on the heels.

Roxy is deeeeeevastating! She is so awful. I love that she said, "I would wear 50% of what's in here," when talking about Whitney's collection as if she were bestowing a knighthood upon her.

Whhhyyyy do I watch this show?

And Jac, I completely agree on your assessment re: love your body, but with $100K of plastic surgery.

I agree on the sample sale comment. I only have a couple of wang items, but the way they fall apart is crazy. I also have a few tee shirts from T by Alexander Wang line, and it is so frustrating that they cannot even withstand super-gentle handwashing without starting to pill and fall apart.

Rashomon...you just made my day! I already have one that is quickly getting to just that state because "gasp" the friction between the shirt and my bra strap was just too much!

Here i was starting to think that he's a hack, and really, he's just been selling us clothing that will continue being "in" for several seasons. How sustainable!

Seriously. The catalog looks great, and then you stop and say, "you're wearing a button-down shirt, under a turtleneck, under a jersey dress, with a cardigan, and a blazer, AND a BELT wrapped over all of it, plus 5 necklaces, pumps, and socks."

I mean, don't get me wrong, I love their catalog and think it looks great, but I agree that all those layers are probably not wearable.

Clar, I love S&W. I keep the illustrated copy on my desk with the Chicago Manual of Style. But...I'm a legal intern, so I guess that's different.

Just out of curiousity, what would your response be if the ladies of fashionista WERE gay? I just don't get where the Q is headed.

Anyway, I agree with grammywheezy and lauramilli. Models are beautiful and we are appreciating their beauty.

I help a quadriplegic woman once a week, and I wonder how something like this would go over with her. She does have her own style-- lots of neon colors and converse in every color of the rainbow, but she always ends up getting a men's coat from GAP in a super big size, because it's so hard for her to get her arms into a coat that actually fits. I think something like this would be great for her, but she also prides herself on trying to be as "normal" as possible (her words, not mine), so I don't know how she'd react to an item like this.

Also Abby- is there a site where you can buy this stuff? I checked the link, but I think it's just the pictures. I'm interested to see the kind of price points they have. I know I can't speak for most disabled people, but at least the lady i help and most of her friends that are similarly disabled (we're talking quadriplegic, need help getting in and out of bed, going to the bathroom, limited motor skills) are living on fixed incomes (social security, etc), and I wonder if they would be able to afford something like this.
