So I was just offered an amazing opportunity to intern at a Hearst Publication for the spring.
I’m so excited, but terrified about what to wear! I feel I’m too young to wear business suits and would just look silly in anything too ‘done up’ because I’m just a student intern.
What should I wear? Are flats unacceptable? Think J.crew, Gap, etc. budget. Any advice or help is welcomed and would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks so much in advance!

I completely agree...you don't want to get too crazy with them because the dress has so much going on.
Being from the south and VERY familliar with girls wearing Lilly, I would say the predictable shoe wooouuld be a white wedge. However, I think a natural beighe color would look best and keep it really fresh and modern looking!

that would be a great option for a good price.
or these for a bit more!
