i work in a business casual environment and what a lot of us do is wear dresses to work. you'll look presentable and "grown-up" without trying too hard. there's a bcbg craze going on where i work actually.

I'd definitely wear one and that one is really cute! Not really to the beach, unless I was at a resort, but to a classy pool party it would be a hit. And you'd look more fashionable than the rest of the bikini gang ;)
