Thanks for clearing this up. When I checked Target's website I was completely confused and couldn't find any information about this mystery label.

Wow. I am so guilty of hating on celebrity kids who get cushy jobs. (Even though I usually end up loving them. . . Lily Allen, Liv Tyler, etc. . . ) But I have to admit, that girl's adorable. She very much resembles her dad in the face. I hope her music's good. . . if your dad is Sting, you have a lot to live up to.

And people are free to say what they want about our president on whatever blog they choose. It is, afterall her last name. Now, it's not exactly fair to lump her in "that" category but I still think it's great to hear people voicing their opinions.

I'm sorry but green fashion is so a trend. . .a good trend but a trend none-the-less. A trend that I hope last for years and years (for the sake of this planet and our grandchildren). That being said, I would absolutely faint if I ever saw someone using that Anya tote to put their groceries in. I may not be in New York anymore, but I have yet to see it. Plain and simple. Which makes it a T-R-E-N-D. It's great that everyone's all gun ho about green fashion but let's call it was it is. . .

I am guilty of wearing brown and black together. I also wear (gasp) Birkenstocks. . . to the grocery store. . . the clogs. They feel so awesome on, I got addicted in high school and now I'm just sold for life. (As is my father, which is perfectly acceptable for him but not so acceptable for me). Forgive me fashion. . .

Everything besides blogging is a big ole' "no". I could see her, having a pensive, thoughful blog like Une Fille Comme Moi. . .

I looked at BBOS about a year ago and it didn't look like such a steal to me. I mean, for the price of renting a nice handbag. . . give or take a couple of months of paying weekly installments and I can totally afford the handbag myself! I'm not one of those people that needs fifty different pricy handbags . . . just one nice one. . .

I love Opening Ceremony but if they're the most influential store, I'm a tad bit worried. I mean they're great, there are some beautiful pieces. . . but I have just as much fun raiding Barneys Coop too. It all depends on what you're in the market for. My biggest pet peeve with Opening Ceremony is that everything is guarenteed to be listed at a 10-20% mark up to any other store that carries the same item (I learned that the hard way). I go there and peek and often buy elsewhere. They certainly won't miss my measley pennies.

I think I might be the only person on here that finds this bag hideous beyond belief. But I do. Forgive me fashion, for I have sinned!

I hear what you guys are saying. . . you can design for more than just your body type, but when a designer picks a "collaborator", it's kind of like saying "this is my muse, this is who should wear the clothing". So, Posh is kind of a wild card for Roland to go with. Am I the only person that thinks the dress and the bulky matching Birkin bag is really over the top for a sporting event?

Guest 10:53, I don't think she's patronizing at all. I think he's a man of little words and I think they have a sweet working relationship. I mean, dude gets paid to drive models around. . . a lot of guys I know wouldn't complain about that job ;)

I got those life changing sandals and I have to admit, I love them as much as you do! I am also holding out for those studded sandals . . . so gorgeous. In further news, read an article on AOL today stating that Old Navy might be shutting down if their sales don't go up. Made me sad. There goes my cheap shoe collection!

Everyone and their mother copies Marimekko. They get ripped off so hardcore it's unbelievable. . . they're just really good at what they do. And whenever you are, you can expect to be copied.

Now that I'm in my twenties, I don't mind so much anymore. But in high school I had a real problem with it. My one close friend often ended up buying the same stuff as me (I was making regular trips to the city to shop at Urban Outfitters long before anyone else in my suburban school was). You know in high school, when everyone's dying to impress that certain crowd or make a statement with clothing and fashion. . .it's really not cool to have someone hot on your trail.
These days my closest friend and I have the same taste in most things. I love the fact that I can buy a dress from H&M and describe it to her, while she's in Sweden (her home) and she knows exactly what I'm talking about because she nearly bought it from H&M too. That always tickles me :)

I LOVE, love, love Simon Doonan. That man is a character. . . not to mention brilliant. And I'll never forget watching ANTM Season 2 when he made that one girl (who was already such a crybaby), bawl when he critiqued her outfit. "I didn't say you were a 'ho', I said you had 'ho style'. . ."
