What about the streets of New York, London, Paris, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, Brooklyn, Albany, Detroit, etc. as the settings instead of the MET.
And as for the models, the people I see on the streets, subways, buses and cars do more to inspire me than models on catwalks and in magazines. Afterall, mostly they've been styled by profressionals. The folks in real life are taking bits from what they like/can afford/inspire them and crafting an outfit.
