i would wear baggy boyfriend jeans cinched at the waist with a cool belt and rolled up and maybe just a white tee with a simple necklace or 2. The key to emphasize with shoes like these is that you dont want to look like you are trying too hard, so i would wear something simple and then rock the shoes. its all about those shoes.
another look could be a solid, high-waist skirt (about mid-thigh length) with a plain tee tucked in. or a solid dress with a skinny belt
