I would say wait a few more months for Spring to get in the stores. I was involved with Fashion Week in NYC this past Fall and can tell you that nautical designs were ubiquitous... these capris could definitely be part of any of the collections I saw. Most big chains copy what was on the runways so I'm sure you'll see a lot of them this spring.
