i think this shoot is stunning! it's definitely edgy and strange. refreshing from all the over stuffed, over decorated, trying to be "hip" spreads of late. and remember all, this is camera perspective and photo shop! trust me, we can ALL be that skinny on photo shop!

kirsten owen has a eclectic look. it doesn't matter who she was or when she modeled! she's perfect for their campaign. a little "grownup" never hurt the modeling industry. look at claudia schiffer and christy turlington doing major label ad campaigns! bravo!

i love this! a real model and a gorgeous shoot. and by the way 1998....not so old and not so long ago. please i was in my late teens early twenties for the "SUPERMODEL" days of linda, christy, cindy, naomi, claudia etc. so please feel free to go back even further for us old gals!

ladies, it is important to understand that in the cruel world of fashion, acting or just about anything women are involved in, age is our enemy. so for amber valetta to state her age and still be amazing is imperative!! i'm sorry but she is woman hear her roar! so much more refreshing than seeing a 16 year old painted up to look 34! i never quite understood that. anyways the entire spread is gorgeous and i ADORE chloe sevigny! another gorgeous 30 year old!

and who says age is confining! thank god! the reason all the old school models are working so much these days is because the nubile "ugly" models just don't cut it. bring back the supermodel!!

yeah, once again girls it's fashion! which equals art which thank god the europeans still believe in! it's SUPPOSED to be edgy and strange! god are you all stupid? and that close minded? if so then stick to american fashion magazines. it's really irritating how often on this blog i am forced to rub elbows with really prudish fashion lovers. what is the point. if you can't see the beauty or artistic value of this editorial then you have no business on this website! go read allure and call it a day! and yes THANK GOD SHE IS SMOKING!!!

amen! why is eva mendes doing an editorial in italian vogue in the first place???? again SO SICK of actresses commandeering precious pages that rightfully belong to the models. god! enough! and i'm so sick of the controlled hype about cigarette smoking. we all know it's bad. so is alcohol and just about everything else. when they take cigarettes away, they take our freedom as well.

bravo vivenne! my friend and i went to see the movie because we enjoyed the show. what a HUGE disappointment!! it was awful! full of bad acting, bad clothes and faulty plot lines. it was embarrassing! HBO should've done an hour long special NOT a feature film! snooze!
