I tend to lose my umbrellas all the time, but they're usually from the guy on the corner who magically appears when it rains. Maybe if I spent 100 bucks on one, I'd keep a better eye on it, but it still sounds insane.

Hell no. Whenever magazines say stuff like "Steal Jessica Alba's style!" I'm like "What style?" I think you have to have personality to have style.

I could see someone pointing out a dress as "so Katie" though -- as long as it's boring and black and looked as though it came from some mom's closet.

Most faux fur looks pretty faux to me, but I'd wear vintage fur. Obviously, it would be better not to go around killing animals in the first place, but if one's already dead, I think it's better to get as much use out of the fur as possible instead of letting it rot in an attic somewhere.

I had longs ones for a while, but decided to get rid of them when I grew my hair from a pixie cut to a bob. Then, last week, after telling my stylist he could do whatever he wanted, I have short bangs with a bob.

I was kind of freaked out when I saw the, because I thought baby bangs were a little too hispter/Bettie Page, but now that they've grown out a bit, they're pretty cute and really make my eyes stand out. However, I had to start wearing either eyeliner or red lipstick every day so I don't look like a little French orphan girl.

It's so hard to resist either -- you come across so many cute boys and shoes in NYC. But...I'd rather go home with a pair of shoes that turned out to be cheap and disappointing than a guy who turned out to be cheap and disappointing. So I'd say I've been without sex longer than without shopping.
