I'm thinking of doing a more simple version, alternating my nails black and white. I love doing my own nails and it'd be simple. I think I remember seeing a picture of Beyonce within the last year doing a similar look on her nails.

Answer, no. I think Catherine Zeta-Jones is the most beautiful woman in the world but I would never buy Elizabeth Arden makeups or perfumes.

I don't know why but the idea of my mascara coming off in tubes is kind of gross. I'm a dedicated Diorshow gal.

You failed to distinguish the difference between tanning beds and fake tans.
I AGREE, and also it bothers me when people say tanning bed tans look fake. The exact same process is going on with your skin, how is that fake? It looks damn real to me but also I agree with other posters that say a fake tan is better than ruining your skin. I tanned in a tanning bed for a couple months and while I was loving the slimming effect, I got lots of new moles and freckles to show the derma. FAKE=NO CANCER. Sounds good to me people.

I don't think anyone would mistake the Baker's version for the YSL, but I like to think of it as "embodying" a feel. Not a huge issue, and while I have no problem with a not-so-similar knock-off it is still fun to read "adventures in copyright" while trying very hard not to get to passionate about it. Be entertained people, and calm down.

I go every week! I live in an LA suburb and I NEED the mall! One of the malls in "the valley" (san franando valley in CA) has the second largest Nordstrom in the country and I will be very sad if it goes...

This always is an issue, from my older brothers to even some of my girlfriends (for shame!) I go out of my apt. feeling confident and chic and then someone has to make some under-cut comment even if they KNOW it's fabulous and they still make some snarky comment. I try to tell them it's fab but sometimes it's still a little annoying. I agree with being confident about it, but anyone who says that it doesn't bother them even a little is full of it.

I'm kind of annoyed by the Ed Westwick comment, I interview celebs for a living and it seems like when they confuse people like that,it's just awkward and self-important. I don't care if he's trying to make a joke, it's totally weird.

I feel very passionate about my loud resounding NO!
In my teenage years, I always noticed girls would change their style according to the guy she was dating and now as a married woman I notice that other married women abide by their husband's "rules." My sister-in-law is not allowed to wear earrings because her husband says she looks too "different" with them on. Another sister-in-law cannot wear purple because MY BROTHER says it's an old lady color. What does he know?
Holy crap, if my husband had "rules" I'd smack him upside the head. Ridiculous. If you change your style for your romantic interest you are insecure and the man either doesn't like you for who you are or you are insecure about your relationship.
Bottom line, dress for you and only you!

I know I wouldn't be comfortable with a male dresser, hello sexual harrasment lawsuit. And how would a gay dresser prove himself? Would you make him kiss a man to prove it? Then would you have the female dresser prove THEY aren't gay? Another sexual harrasment lawsuit on your hands. I say they should all have their mothers or friends help out and get a few bucks for it. :)

My friends always have a Christmas sweater party where we deliberately wear really ugly Christmas sweaters, it's amazing! The uglier the better.
