i've had the same thoughts plenty (even though my wedding is probably a few years away)
white should not be the only option!
i think what gwen stefani did was a great compromise between a traditional dress but yet still making it her own (and not all white!)

i agree with guest3.39. i went today and regret going - everything was ugly and ridiculously overpriced. like basic plain t-shirts for $40. i had never been to the store before, but after going to their sample sale i think that its not for me. maybe i lack imagination but 50% of the clothes their were just simply unwearable unlessits a costume party. and the other 50% were either not that great or not worth the price tag. and the expensive stuff wasn't even that great of quality! i dont get it... maybe someone should clue me in.

i was under the assumption that it was already revealed that kit and christian make it to the final 3? i could've SWORN i've seen footage of them walking down the runway at fashion week.

anyway.

my guess would be christian, kit, and jillian...?
maybe? christian and kit are definitely in though otherwise christian would "just die".

anyone notice how christian's response to every challenge is "i could just DIE"

as pretty as she is, i think the pictures are extremely cheesy and overdone. in the photo where there are three images of her, the far left one looks like she's deranged.

i bought 7 pairs of shoes (4 marc by marc jacobs and 3 marc jacobs)

btw. i got 3 pairs of the ankle boots (black, white, red). a pair of brown flats (the ONLY pair they had) at the marc by marc store on bleeker. a pair of oxfords, black pumps, and tan bootsies at the marc store on 4th and bank. i'm a size 6.5 (36).

(my mom also scored 4 pairs and she's a size 40)

the ones with socks attached looks horrible... but i might just not have enough imagination. :)

i don't understand why you can't wear all types of jeans in the same season.

i still wear skinnies and sometimes swear by them. but i also wear flared, boyfriend, and the oh-so-boring bootcut. (i wear highwaisted pants to work - not denim) why can't you alternate? because i don't plan to give up my hair waisted pants anytime soon and my skinnies ill wear forever!

i would wear a suit anywhere, interview, average workday, dinner, party. I think a well fitted and chic suit that is light can totally fit in anywhere. I'm thinking somewhere along the lines or well fitted pants (can either be skinny or wideleg) and a nice suit jacket, and depending on the event either a basic t-shirt or a nice blouse. everything has to be done right though - i feel that an average jane wearing the first suit she thought fit her in the store would look beyond hideous.

i volunteered for the show and Terence Koh sat next to me... before the pr people made me move :P but it was still cool

the show was awesome.

and i couldn't believe it when that model forgot to walk off the runway. she was so cute.

i was there!!!

it was some of the most beautiful clothes i have ever seen. it was jaw dropping.

maybe it's just me and i haven't seen any model in person but...
THEY WERE ALL SO SKINNY. they didn't even look human. they didn't look healthy.. pretty! but not healthy.

i didn't not see sophia bush there either! was she in the same row as brittany murphy?

but mine doesn't smell... at all...
and time? it takes like 15 seconds to steam a shirt/sweater! I can't stand wrinkles... makes even the best dressed woman look unkept...
