I've worked at the Ruehl in San Francisco since it opened in 2007. It's kind of sad to see it go, but it barley does $2,000 days. Officially it's not closing till Jan 31 2010. And during that January they will be doing furniture and fixture sales as well.

I'm curious if they are going to sell all the Bruce Webber photography that's lined throughout the store. That's TBA.

I live in San Francisco and almost all of my friends and myself own UGG's. They are the easiest thing to wear to the grocery store, picking up dry cleaning, getting coffee, ect. I understand they aren't cute but who cares? I'm not a stepford wife, I don't want to wear my dress and heels when I'm schlumping around the city, (especially since there are a buttload of hills and I don't have a car.) So this Christmas my good friend asked for a new pair (the all weather version of the original.) Which I bought for her, off of shopbop.com, which was not sold out.
