Throughout high school/some college I had pretty bad skin with hyper-pigmentation so I felt that I could never leave the house without concealer, foundation, powder/bronzer.. but kept everything else pretty basic. However, my skin has improved dramatically over the past 8 months, and so I'm starting to try to let go of makeup, except mascara and lipgloss (unless i'm going out on the weekends-then a little powder is needed). It still feels weird to go bare, but I have definitely started to see improvements!

While I do have a plethora of Hanes white tees, I usually reserve them for sleeping in or the weekends, because they're a little too thick for me, and the neck (always V) is a little too high. I'm in search of the perfect low V (a la MKA's 'The Row' tees for $300.. thats a joke right?) that won't break the bank. I recently purchased the American Apparel ones, but they stretch out so easily! It's really hard to find the perfect white tees! Gap is pretty nice, and their cotton is really soft.

Some one-pieces are really sexy and I wouldn't want to see anyone outside of the 12-40 bracket wearing it!
While I love my bikini collection, I did just score a very sexy Diane von Furstenberg leopard print one-piece, that has a very low halter that stops about an inch or 2 above the bellybutton and a very low back as well

I think this is a really great article, and brings up valid points. It seems like there aren't many brands that are inbetween. You can't seem to find a good dress for less than $200/$300.

Can we talk about the time that Lauren "passed up the chance to go to Paris" was most likely the time that Teen Vogue tried to get the Louis Vuitton Paris office to give her an internship, and they DECLINED. Then they played it off on the show as though she didn't really want to go. Gotta love MTV.

Okay I don't think this post was remotely mean. Clearly this person isn't so bright if they think that Faran, or anyone else at Fashionista.com is going to openly dish on editors and stylists when the entire industry reads this blog!

Anything outside of the bandage dresses really didn't do it for me. And how did Olivia Palermo get to sit front row..

It's so Nico Riley and Kirby Atwood from Lipstick Jungle... well, not really, it's better.
I loved this spread, I bought the new GQ just to see it, plus Adriana of course. I don't really find it to be creepy, she's hot, he's hot, no complaints here.

Not going to lie, I love these-- I was first captivated by a pair by Theory, and was adamantly searching for a pair at a slightly more affordable price.. but no such luck. If a cheap pair is just as cute though- I may consider.. but they're just a fad.. so I may just keep my ankle boots closed up for now.
