Who is the designer and are they still available for purchase?
Sarah Jessica Parker was also featured wearing the same pair in the July 2008 issue of InStyle Magazine (p.119, in the grey YSL dress).
Thought they [shoes] were YSL, but a quick call to their press office derailed that thought.

I come from a Jamaican-English background and have heard it all, but now that I'm in Miami I think it's all just a matter of perspective. you've got curvy women from cultures all over the Caribbean and S.
