Ever since I saw this picture, I’ve been trying to figure out who designed the dress that Jade Parfitt wore to The Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition in June 2009.
A dress like this is exactly what I’m missing from my summer wardrobe!
It is driving me crazy because I simply have to have it! Anybody out there know where I can find one of my very own?

Gillian Anderson recently wore a pair of grey, open-toed heels in her appearance on Letterman.
Who is the designer and are they still available for purchase?
Sarah Jessica Parker was also featured wearing the same pair in the July 2008 issue of InStyle Magazine (p.119, in the grey YSL dress).
Thought they [shoes] were YSL, but a quick call to their press office derailed that thought.

where to begin?! I come from a Jamaican-English background and have heard it all, but now that I'm in Miami I think it's all just a matter of perspective. you've got curvy women from cultures all over the Caribbean and S. America and tons of model-types too here. Celebrate who you are & where you come; so long as you're healthy :)
