We hate to pit a 15-year-old against a 13-year-old but it’s hard not to draw comparisons between Hailee Steinfeld’s Bruce Weber-shot fall campaign for Miu Miu and Elle Fanning’s for Marc by Marc Jacobs (9 more of the Juergen Teller-shot images have just emerged on Fashion Gone Rogue). Both are lovely, talented actresses in their early teens who have a sophistication and a fashion sense that is beyond their years. We love both girls and both campaigns equally–we’re not picking favorites. But, it’s hard not to noticed the stylistic similarities between the two, especially in these shots–in which both girls are wearing longish dresses, dark sunglasses, ankle boots, holding brown clutches and standing outside next to tree trunks.
