How to Dress Like the Women of Mad Men

To celebrate the return of MM to the screen, we compiled a guide of where to get the looks of your favorite characters, from Betty’s double strand of pearls to Peggy’s sensible loafers. Whether you’re dressing up for a premiere party or watching in your jammies, it can’t hurt to dream up your Mad Men wardrobe just in case you get a call from Matthew Weiner asking you to be Don’s next secretary. 10 Must Have Items for the Perfect Mad Men Viewing Party

Mad Men finally returns to the airwaves tonight after a long haitus. Like any decent fan, we’re throwing a viewing party for the special two hour season premiere. No Mad Men party would be complete, however, without the perfect 1960s style decor.

To make hosting your Mad Men fĂȘte a bit easier, we’ve picked out the 10 most necessary items for a perfectly retro party, from ball pearl earrings in the style of Betty Draper to some the exact whisky Don drinks on the show. (It’s not really a Mad Men party without the drinks!)

Would You Wear

Would You Wear a Proper Nightie?

In my ramp up to last Sunday’s season premiere of Mad Men, I re-watched the first season. Of course, the ladies’ outfits (and Don, duh) made me swoon just as much as the first time around. She actually looks a little like Naomi Watts here with Donatella. But we digress. She looks slick and cool and we appreciate Read more →
