Meet Singapore Fashion Week’s Rising Stars
While there was plenty of international talent at the Audi Fashion Festival—Singapore Fashion Week, in laymen’s terms—the region’s emerging designers gave a solid performance. More than anything, I was truly impressed by the workmanship shown in the majority of the new-designer collections. Project Runway-level clothes these were not. Instead, these up-and-coming designers from China, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, and of course, Singapore itself, debuted well-constructed collection (often with a refreshing point of view).
