Topshop Adds An Eveningwear Line And Is Building A Vegas Store: Called Dress Up, the new line is comprised of “elaborate, embellished pieces in fine silks and satin with beading and sequins” to target the “going out” market, says director Philip Green. It will do well in the sequin capital, Las Vegas, where they have a store coming in March 2012.
