With a client list that currently includes Emily Blunt and Miranda Kerr, the stylist and JustFab chief stylist certainly made a mark on Sunday night’s Golden Globes red carpet. And she’s already working on the Oscars. We chatted with Paster yesterday about who looked good—and who didn’t—at the Globes, and why you don’t see cool young designers represented on the red carpet.
Stunning in black Givenchy and vintage gold Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry, Moore sat down with us to discuss how portraying the divisive Governor-turned Vice Presidential candidate-turned reality star informed her views on the double standard women face in politics: “I absolutely feel that women in politics are unfairly judged based on their physical appearance and fashion choices. Nobody talks about how [men in politics] wear their hair or whether or not their outfits are attractive.”
We’ve already thoroughly analyzed the Golden Globes red carpet, from the fashion trends to the best and worst dressed. But let’s not forget about what was happening above the neck. The beauty last night, much like the fashion, was pretty but a bit unispired. However, the good news is that most of it was incredibly wearable for real life people.
Ever-increasing pre-awards show coverage requires actresses to pose for such ridiculous props as E!’s GlamCam 360 and the newer Mani-Cam. But while celebs are more than willing to show off their dresses and nail art, the only red carpet attendees bragging about how much bling they’re wearing—you know, in dollar figures—tend to be Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic. Last night at the Golden Globes, Osbourne’s earrings from Jacob the Jeweler were like, $3 million, and came with body guards.
Watching Lena Dunham hobble up to the stage to accept her wins at last night’s Golden Globes was an exhilirating experience not only because her hit show Girls won (twice!), but also because it looked like she was gonna fall. She could barely make it across the stage.

Moments after Aziz Ansari joked on the Golden Globes red carpet that he was wearing the designs of “Kevin Dior,” Christian Dior’s cousin who works at Home Depot, the account “@kevinHomeDepot” popped up.
