Shockingly, Harry Brant Prefers Chanel Parties to High School Parties

For anyone who’s ever felt insecure about the lack of time you spent raging in out-of-town parents’ basements as a teen, Harry Brant is here tell you everything is OK: You didn’t spend most of your Friday nights watching TGIF alone because you were uncool–there just hadn’t been a Chanel soiree to attend! High school parties aren’t worth the energy.

“High school parties — I’m like, ‘Okay, that’s not how I do fun anymore,’” the littler Brant Brother told The Cut.

Fashion News Roundup: You Can Now Virtually Pet Choupette, Cara Delevingne Doesn’t Sweat the 1D Haters, and Hillary Clinton Doesn’t Sweat at All

Stop what you are doing right now and go pet Choupette. Seriously, all of our dreams just came true. {BuzzFeed} Dating a pop star has its downsides–which in the social media age includes an onslaught of insults from that pop star’s jealous fan base over Twitter. But gorgeous British model Cara Delevingne, who is (possibly, Read more →

Harry and Peter Brant Were Going to Bring a Baby Panther to the Met Ball, Almost Got Lost at Sea With Naomi Campbell

Harry and Peter Brant Were Going to Bring a Baby Panther to the Met Ball, Almost Got Lost at Sea With Naomi Campbell

I’m not always a fan of using the word “everything” as an adjective, but I’m just not sure there’s a more fitting word to describe Harry and Peter Brant. In terms of quotability and lifestyle, they’re like mini Karl Lagerfelds except younger, more energetic, and just generally all over the place. Following their inevitable and Read more →

Highlights From Peter and Harry Brant’s Amazing, Inevitable New York Times Profile

It was only a matter of time before Manhattan socialites Peter and Harry Brant became the subjects of a New York Times profile–and that time has come with both brothers still well within their teen years. Peter, 18 and Harry, 15 are the offspring of supermodel Stephanie Seymour and billionaire Interview publisher Peter Brant.

Thus, they’re gorgeous, rich, cultured, well-connected and frighteningly mature. They sit front row at fashion shows, fly to Europe on a whim, at have dinner at Azzedina Alaia’s house. They’ve even written about some of these escapades for us!

Fashionista Week in Review: All the Cannes You Can Handle, Mark Zuckerberg Changed His Marital ‘Status’, and Ralph Rucci Won’t Dress a Kardashian

Because We Cannes, Cannes, Cannes: It was an extrava-Cannes-za this week at Fashionista as we covered the French film festival from all angles. From what was worn on the red carpet, to the best WTF red carpet moments, we’ve got it for you – even the amfAR gala and all black fashion show organized by Carine Roitfeld.

Gwynnie and Kimmy Go Twinsies: Now that Kim K is dating Kanye, and making her way towards the inner circle of one Gwyneth Paltrow, we couldn’t help but notice that the two have started to make the same sartorial choices. We’re sure Gwyneth is thrilled.

Andre Leon Talley and Ralph Rucci Kriticize Kim Kardashian: Speaking of Miss K, fashion heavyweight Andre Leon Talley and designer Ralph Rucci spoke at SCAD this past weekend, where they weighed in on dressing “celebrities” like Kim. It got a little harsh.

Farewell, Kristen Wiig!: We will definitely miss Wiig’s arsenal of hilarious characters next season on SNL, but fret not – SNL has always nailed some of the funniest fashion impersonations out there. Champagne Versace Pockets for all my beautiful bitches!

Peter and Harry Brant on Doing a Reality TV Show, Being Like Hannah Montana, and Climbing Palazzo Walls

At Thursday night’s event celebrating Jitrois’ new pop-up store in SoHo (which is super chic and inviting, btw) I had the pleasure of talking to the hosts of the night: Brothers Peter and Harry Brant, who you may know as “the world’s luckiest teenage homosexuals” (according to Gawker, anyway).

Indeed, there’s no doubting that Peter, who is 18, and Harry, who is 15, lead charmed lives. The sons of billionaire Peter Brant and legendary supermodel Stephanie Seymour, the brothers are lacking neither in looks, style, or money. Despite their youth, they’ve travelled the world, rubbed shoulders with some serious VIPs–and they’ve got a boatload of hilarious anecdotes to show for it.

The Fashion Pack (Hamish Bowles, Karlie Kloss, Giovanna Battaglia and More) Descends On St. Louis for a Hoedown to Celebrate Derek Blasberg’s Birthday

St. Louis, Missouri is known for a few things: that big arch, delicious barbecue, Nelly, and hosting the evil St.Louis Cardinals [Ed.Note: Go Cubs!] What it is not known for is international fashion editors, models and socialites prancing around in Prada. Yet St. Louis encountered all those things this past weekend, thanks to Lou native Derek Blasberg, who convinced his fashionable friends including Giovanna Battaglia, Elizabeth von Thurns und Taxis, Hamish Bowles, the Brant brothers, fellow Missourian Karlie Kloss, and Taylor Tomasi Hill to fête his birthday at the Blasberg Family Farm in Hillsboro, Missouri. We bet the Midwest is still reeling.

A Dispatch from Couture Week with Harry Brant: Backstage at Versace and Lying to Dinner Guests at Alaïa’s Atelier

Harry Brant is a 15-year-old fashion lover and man about town. You might know him as the son of supermodel Stephanie Seymour and publisher Peter Brant. We first met him at a Miu Miu Musing last year, wherein he and his older brother Peter (II) nearly upstaged host Andre Leon Talley. We were smitten. He’s only 15 but he knows his shit. And he’s hilarious. We asked him to regale us with his tales from last week’s couture shows (when he’s there he stays with Alaïa). Enjoy.

I launched my couture journey in the most glamour appropriate way I could think of: Dinner with Pat McGrath. We went to the uber chic Vietnamese restaurant Tong Yen (a Paris must). Firstly, I would just like to apologize to the other diners at the restaurant. Our dinner involved tears from laughter, fake engagement rings, and of course, dual personalities. It was DIVINE, like all outings with the make up goddess.

The next day I got up and went to the Versace show. I am using the term got up very loosely because I never actually went to sleep. I got a text from Pat at 5am (she’s a 5am-9pm kind of girl) inviting me to go hang out backstage at Versace. I don’t care what time of day is–if someone invites you to hang out at Versace couture backstage, you go!
